These are a great way to recycle your egg cartons and add a fun look to the lights on your tree. Egg Carton Christmas Light Covers – How to Make Egg Carton Ornaments
Craft Supplies:

Age Range:
4 years old and older. Time to Complete: 20-30 minutes, plus drying times. |
Step #1:
Cut out pieces of an egg carton – use as many as you would like to make for your tree.
Trim them into a nice bell shape. Carefully use your scissors and poke a hole in the top, large enough for your light.
Step #2:
Wrap each of the egg carton shells with tissue paper – use a variety of colors. You can add a bit of glue to the inside of your shell to hold the tissue paper in place.

Step #3:
Add additional decorations, and use your imagination. We have painted one with glitter paint and added some sparkly pipe cleaners to another.
You can also add stickers, pom poms, or whatever else you can think up!

Now, just pop each of these Christmas craft with egg cartons decorations onto the lights on your tree and you are all set!
