Yarn Eggs - HELP!

I have nothing to show as I was unsuccessful at this craft.

Yarn does not want to stick to balloon.

Mod Podge does not work with or without adding water to it. I believe the ratio of 3 parts glue, 1 part water is too much water. Also, could not get candy in balloons without destroying balloon.

Will try again using another mixture to get yarn to stick.

So Sorry to Hear!

Hmm, well that does not sound great. I know I did use a thin yarn (well string more or less) so maybe that's why my ratio's worked.

I have also learned that for thicker yard another option is water and flour (and seal with Mod Podge or a sealing product). The ratio is 1:1 add and boiled for a few minutes until smooth.

As for getting the treats in the balloon, maybe try some smaller treats or things that not rip the balloon as you stuff them in it. Another option for this, if the holes in your finished egg are large enough in one section just toss some treats in.

I really hope this helps :)
