Sports are a great way to stay fit, meet people and learn valuable skills.
Not only do you learn a sport and how to play it; you also learn teamwork and working with all different kinds of people towards a common goal.
You gain sportsmanship and confidence as well.
A fun way to promote sports is to bring them to the crafting table.
