Cinderella Craft with Paper

I love Disney Princesses and one of my favorite art projects is this Cinderella craft with paper for little girls!

cinderella craft

Little girls love to be creative and dream of being a Princess and I believe these crafts help them do so!

The story of Cinderella is much loved by children everywhere! She is the step daughter of a cruel woman who treats her like a slave, before she goes to the ball and meets a handsome Prince, who she ends up marrying!

We all dream of those sort of happy endings in life.

This Cinderella paper craft shows how beautiful she is at the ball! You could easily stick this onto some cardstock and make a Birthday or greeting card with it!

Cinderella Craft with Paper

A pretty Cinderella craft with paper which lets you recreate the beautiful Princess in her ballgown.

  • 1. Colored craft papers (various shades of blue, skin tone and yellow for hair)
  • 2. Craft glue
  • 3. Black and blue sharp markers pens for fine details
  • 4. Pencil
  • 5. Scissors

Step 1:

Print out the free PDF template before starting.

Select yellow paper, 2 different shades of blue paper and a paper for the skin tone of the Cinderella craft.

Trace the head and hand patterns on the paper selected for the skin, trace the hair pattern on the yellow paper; and trace the dress patterns on the 2 blue papers. Cut around the traced patterns accurately.

Step 2:

Cut a slit along the marked line inside the hair pattern.

Step 3:

Slide the top end of the head part through the slit from the bottom side of the hair.

Apply glue to fix the head and the hair together. Attach the headband pattern between the bun and the hair parts. Attach the small strip on the neck.

Step 4:

Attach the hand patterns on the open ends of the sleeve parts of the top.

Step 5:
Attach the B like pattern on the top side of the skirt (bottom part of the dress) pattern.

Step 6:

Attach the top dress pattern on the body part.

Step 7:

Attach the skirt pattern on the bottom side of the top pattern.

Step 8:

Use marker pens to draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the paper Cinderella doll.

Why not combine this Princess paper craft with some of my others. You could stick them all onto a banner in your bedroom for some pretty wall art!
