My kids are having an extended Halloween break from school this year. This basically means I need to find things to keep them happy and entertained!

Of course my list of best Halloween crafts is going to help me do just that. We are planning to decorate our house for October 31st this year, and hopefully most of the decorations will be handmade.

I love easy crafts for children that involve a few materials that you are likely to have in your house already.

My kids love this Egyptian Mummy craft as it is so simple to make! They have made lots of these! They actually want me to make a tomb for them now to store them!

I guess we could put them in small shoe boxes and wrap the boxes up in gift paper! Whenever someone opens them they will get a nasty fright this Halloween!
