October is the best month to do crafting with your kids. The dark nights are upon us and the weather has taken a nosedive! Colder temperatures mean my children, especially my daughter likes to spend more time indoors!

We love interactive crafts that move such as my Paper Plate pirate with moving eyepatch and my outer space paper plate craft with moving rockets.

Speaking of moving, do witches ever sit still? If they are still they are up to something. You just have to take a look at my spooky witch at her cauldron to know that. Give her eyes a spin and she really is making a spell!!

If you do happen to love moving witch crafts, then you will adore my flying witch cup craft for Halloween.

But seriously kids need to make lots of witches this Halloween and this one is so easy to make.

All it takes is a paper plate, some colored craft paper, some markers and my craft instructions and free printable at the bottom of this page.
