Calling all dino fans these easy dinosaur finger puppets to make are so much fun. Use my free dinosaur puppet template to help you create your own!
My free dinosaur finger puppets printable lets you make 5 puppets to fill one hand. Of course you can print as many copies of this as you like and make as many as you like.
These have been tested on small hands and are perfect size for kids!
Why not use this as a rainy day activity or for a learning theme week. You could even do it during a Dinosaur themed Birthday party and hear what stories the kids have to tell with their puppets.
Previously my kids have had tons of fun with my dinosaur activity printable pack
Right now we are all about dinosaurs and are making an adorable Dinosaur Pop Up Card for Father’s Day.
How to make Dinosaur Finger Puppets for Kids
We have lots of easy puppets for kids here on my site but I thought I should show you some pictures of the process we used to make these Dino ones.
Unlike my other crafts these have already been created so all you really need to do is some cutting and sticking together.
Firstly print out the dinosaur finger puppet template below
Start cutting around each individual puppet. This is good scissor practice for little kids.
Afterwards you should have 5 tiny dinosaur puppets perfect for little fingers. Which one is your favorite? My 6 year old loves the pink one whereas my little boy loves the yellow one.
The next step is to glue the two ends of each puppet together to make a circle.
Finally wear your cute kids puppets on your fingers and start pretend play and story telling.
Would you like to see some more finger puppets for kids on my site? If so please let me know which ones you would like.
