Easter Bunny Cards to Make

I love the Spring months and counting down to Easter, especially when I have awesome crafts to make with my children.

We love making two things, Easter bunny crafts and pop up cards! Up until now we have made lots of different pop up cards for special holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving!

This year it is the turn of the Easter bunny! As you would expect it will come bearing gifts in the form of an Easter egg.

Easy to follow step by step craft procedure for an adult and kids is provided below. The printable templates can be found at the bottom of the post!

How to Make This Pop Up Easter Bunny Card

Happy Easter Bunny Pop Up Card

Say Happy Easter to friends and family with this cute bunny pop up card, which is super simple to make using my free tutorial and templates

Materials

Cardstock paper.
Craft papers.
Pencil.
Ruler.
Scissors.
Glue.
Marker pens.

Instructions

Step 1:

Cut out the pieces from the templates.

Step 2:

Glue the bunny’s ears and nose.

Step 3:

Draw the bunny’s eyes and whiskers.

Step 4:

Glue the bunny’s forelegs and pink stomach.

Step 5:

Take your card and glue a blue craft paper as a background. This is to represent the sky.

Step 6:

Then glue the green grass on the bottom part of the background. Your card should look as below.

Step 7:

Cut out the pop socket from the template and make folds/creases on the piece according to the template.

Step 8:

Glue the pop socket inside the card.

Step 9:

Glue the small grass over the pop socket.

Step 10:

Glue the bunny on the pop socket.

Step 11:

Glue the decorating pieces on the egg.

Step 12:

Finish decorating the egg. You are free to decorate it however you wish.

Step 13:

Glue the egg on the card.

Step 14:

Add a few more decorations around the egg. I used a hole punch to make these small circles on colored craft papers.
