Paper Plate Cat Witch Craft

Everyone loves witches and cats at Halloween and hence my Paper Plate Cat Witch craft is hugely popular for little kids during October.

We always keep a large supply of paper plates in the house for crafting and I seem to be constantly finding new things for my kids to make!

Since Halloween is almost upon us we have been focusing on it this week. Two of my kids favorite things are witches and cats so it is only natural I would find an activity that combines the two.

We have made tons of witches this year from various materials but not as many cats yet!  Two examples are my Halloween paper plate crafts such as my Minnie Mouse Halloween craft and my rolling eyes witch craft

Paper Plate Cat Witch Craft

Materials

• Colourful craft papers.
• Paper plate.
• Popsicle sticks.
• Pencil.
• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Glue.

Instructions

Step 1:

Fetch the listed supplies and print out the PDF template to get started.

Cut out the cat from the template. 

Step 2:

First, glue the cat’s ears and mouth.

Step 3:

Glue the cat’s eyes on the top part of its head.

Step 4:

Then, glue the cat’s forelegs on the front.

Step 5:

Now, take the cat’s hat and glue it on top of the head. This turns it into a witch!

Then, glue a popsicle stick on the back of the cat to turn it into a puppet.

Step 6:

Take your paper plate.

Cut 4-5 centimeters area on the edge of the paper plate. 

Step 7:

Decorate your paper plate using the props from the templates.

And, finally, place your cat inside the paper plate.
