Spring craft ideas for kids to keep them kids entertained for hours! First we will start with an adorable little duckling. Spring is full of new life, and so are our crafts!
These little duckling crafts are a cute way to learn about baby animals.
The supplies are pretty minimal and the instructions are simple.
After a duck, why not make a few other birds too.
Spring can be full of rainy days so it is always good to have a bunch of crafts on hand and ready!
Paint the entire outside of your cup with yellow paint. You can also color it with a marker if you want to save some mess. Set this aside to dry.
With yellow craft foam, cut out two wings and a small bunch of feathers for your ducklings' head.
With the orange craft foam you will cut out a beak and two feet.
Once your cup is ready, its time to decorate it. You will put everything on the cup with the brim facing the table (so upside down).
Glue on your googly eyes close to the bottom of the cup. Just below the eyes glue your beak in place.
Glue the two feet onto the brim of your cup - matching up with the eyes and beak.
Glue the two wings onto the back side of the cup. Make sure the feathers are facing the front of your duck. Also add the tuft of feathers to the bottom of the cup (the top of your ducklings head).
