Who has kids who like to play dress up games?! If so your kids will love this Native American Headband craft with feathers.

Native American crafts are hugely popular here with my children and their friends. They absolutely adored making my easy Dream Catcher craft

I think fun crafts like these encourage kids to be creative and use their imaginations. They also teach them the importance of following a process from step 1 to completion from an early age.

This simple craft takes less than 15 minutes so is suitable for young kids who do not have long concentration spans.  They will be able to help Mom stick the features and foam squares onto their new headband.

Will you play cowboys and Indians and wear your foam headband?  Perhaps you might have a themed Birthday party and you and all your friends will get the chance to make one of these.

If you like hat crafts and dressing up you might want to make your own pirate hat or even a cat mask! Why not try some cowboy crafts to go along with this one and you can have your own cardboard horse.
